Jan. to Jun. of 2006, investigated 12 regions of Shandong province, 68 towns and 56 thermal power plants to learn the status of power, steam demand as well as energy consumption and emission situation of existing thermal power plants;

Jul. to Dec. of 2006, form the initial shape of IGCC cogeneration technology model with wide investigation and multiple comments;

Jan. to Apr. of 2007, after one year preparation, Shandong Union Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed join venture contract with three companies of Tengzhou, Liaocheng and Linyi on existing thermal power plant upgrading;

May to Jul. of 2007, after two years effort, formed “High-efficiency Clean Regional Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Cogeneration Process System” with Innovation Patent and National Utility Model Patent;

Jul. to Dec. of 2007, finished FSR and EIA with the help of multiple research centers, famous universities, plants and construction companies.
Dec. 6th, 2007, with the recommendation of provincial Foreign Economic and Trade Commission, the project was listed in “sustainable development top 10 science and technology demonstration projects” ( Shandong Science and Technology No. [2007] 204) in “the second section of development program” of Shandong Science and Technology Department and Finance Department in December 2007.

Jan. to Apr. of 2008, National Development and Reform Commission entrusted Zhong Jie Lantian to evaluate “High-efficiency Clean Regional Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Cogeneration Process System”.

In April, 2008, the “High-efficiency Clean Regional Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Cogeneration Process System” was proposed to National Intellectual Property Office (No. 200820019757.5) and was granted “utility model patent certification” (No. ZL 2008 2 0019757.5) and innovation patent (No. 00810015678.1) in 2009. Currently under bulletin.

Nov. 14th, 2008, Shandong Science and Technology Department issued document of Shandong Science No. [2008] 118, named as “the Notification of 100 Energy Conservation and Emission Control Main Push Technologies and Equipments in Year 2008”, listed “High-efficiency Clean Regional Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Cogeneration Energy Conservation and Emission Reducing Technology” in “100 Energy Conservation and Emission Control Main Push Technologies and Equipments of Year 2008” on December 31st, 2008. In the document of Shandong Trade and Commercial No. [2008]58, “High-efficiency Clean Regional Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Cogeneration Energy Conservation and Emission Reducing Technology” was listed in “Provincial 100 Main Energy Conservation Technologies” by Shandong Economic and Trade Commission, Shandong Science and Technology Department and Shandong Government Energy Conservation Office.
